This Privacy Policy explains how Skeduler Pro ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Marco Ajello, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Skeduler Pro desktop application ("App") and the website at skedulerpro.com ("Website").
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address unless you voluntarily provide it.
Schedule data: Skeduler project files are only stored locally. Your schedule data never leaves your device.
Usage data: We may collect basic usage information such as app version, operating system, and feature usage to help us improve the product. We do not track individual keystrokes, screen contents, or personal browsing activity.
Payment information: If you subscribe to PRO, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial information on our servers.
Storyboard content: If you use the storyboard import feature, uploaded images are processed by our server to extract scheduling data. Images are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers after processing is complete.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the App and your account; sync your schedule data across devices (if you opt in to cloud sync); process subscription payments; send you important service communications (account verification, password resets, billing notices); and improve the App based on aggregated usage patterns.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or schedule data to third parties.
We use the following third-party services to operate:
Supabase: Cloud database and authentication. Your account information and cloud-synced schedule data are stored on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase's privacy policy applies to data stored on their platform.
GitHub: App distribution. When you download the App, GitHub may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type). GitHub's privacy policy applies.
Anthropic (Claude API): The storyboard import feature uses AI to extract shot information from uploaded storyboard images. Images sent for processing are subject to Anthropic's data usage policies.
Cloud-synced data is stored on servers operated by Supabase. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and authentication tokens to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Local schedule files are stored on your device and are under your control. We do not have access to files stored locally.
We retain your account information and cloud-synced data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and schedule data from our cloud systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your account and associated data; export your schedule data at any time (schedules are stored as .sked files which are standard JSON); and withdraw consent for cloud sync by switching to local-only storage.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at marcoajello@gmail.com.
The Website does not use tracking cookies. The App uses browser localStorage to save your schedule data, preferences, and session state locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us unless you use cloud sync.
The App is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, contact us at marcoajello@gmail.com.
